1 on 1 or group sessions with our staff where players get up 2-300 shooting reps in an hour to work on skills such as:

• Shooting technique learning how to transfer weight and proper hand placement and develop a hard shot. 
• Use our stick handling tools and reaction time devices to work on becoming a better puck handler 
• Net front tips, making moves down low and back hand shots 
• Off the Rush plays like 2 on 1s 
• Catch and release drills using our puck rebounders 
• All shots are timed with NHL All star game Radar gun on loop to see shot speed, every shot in the session 
• For defenseman walking the line, stick handling and getting shots off quick though traffic 
• Learning where the puck should be while moving on the point 
• Game situations like how to play defense and close plays defensively

• Train in game skates with game stick, Anytime you want!
• Train with friends and teammates 
• Helmets, Gloves, sticks and skates are required for all players 

Parents can now go on the ice and pass pucks and work on skills with their player! 

Parents take charge of your players development with our ice rentals: you watch them every shift now its your chance to work on the skills you deem necessary with your player!

Shoes, and stick are required for all parents who use the ice with their player.
